Prev: how to customize a DASL filter in Outlook 2003
Next: can a birthday be incremented in the calendar eg. 4th then 5th
From: degas1900 on 12 Feb 2010 16:29 I have Outlook 2007 with AutoPreview turned on. I have notes for various appointments which I can see on the screen. I want to print the calendar either as a month to a page or a week to a page showing the notes for each appointment. However, it will only print the Subject and Location. How do I get the extra info/notes to print also for a month or week to a page?

Outlook doesn't support printing notes on day or week views - only on individual printouts.
