I have Outlook 2007 with AutoPreview turned on. I have notes for various
appointments which I can see on the screen. I want to print the calendar
either as a month to a page or a week to a page showing the notes for each
appointment. However, it will only print the Subject and Location. How do I
get the extra info/notes to print also for a month or week to a page?

Outlook doesn't support printing notes on day or week views - only on
individual printouts. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for calendaring printing
tools.
