I have Outlook 2007 with updates installed on Win 7 and at first I got
updates as usual, but after a couple weeks for no apparent reason I started
getting error messages saying some reminders could not be read. Then a week
later no more error messages. So I completely uninstalled and reinstalled,
cleaning all my PST files with scanpst.exe and using the suggested steps
above too. Nothing...

I had been struggling with this to no avail for the past month... and then it
"fixed itself". I had unloaded and reloaded Office and did all the tricks
mentioned above, and then today when I was moving folders to archive PST's
and opening and closing them and Outlook in the process, I then suddenly got
a reminder for all my back reminders it had missed... mostly from the past
month, but also ones from the past it had apparently not read too, some from
over 100 weeks ago... Beats me what that means, but I now am getting
current reminders again! Phil
