From: Lisa on 28 Apr 2010 12:31 My boss wants me to send her an email reminding her of an appointment. She does not want to receive the email until 6 a.m on the day of her appt.
From: Orland, Kathleen on 28 Apr 2010 14:26 Yes you can, it's especially easy if you connect to an Exchange server. Do you? In the open email that you're composing, click on Options. Check the box "do not deliver before" and then set the time. Click Send after you're finished composing the mail. It will sit in your Outbox. Exchange will send the email for you at the right time. If you're using a different type of account, you'll have to leave Outlook on and running at the time you want the email to go out. -- Kathleen Orland Please support me in my efforts: SPCA Friends for Life 2010 Walk-A-Thon http://ontariospca.akaraisin.com/p/kathleenorland.aspx "Lisa" <Lisa(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:2767354F-B72F-4B30-9D89-09CFC7A288E3(a)microsoft.com... > My boss wants me to send her an email reminding her of an appointment.
