From: TxInjun on 27 May 2010 21:51 When I try to go to Windows Update, it starts checking for current version, then stops and says " The website encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view" with an Error number:0x80072EFF. Also when I try to go to the Windows Update Newsgroup it just says " Navigation canceled" but I can go to other Newsgroups. I don't have this problem with my other computer and I've tried many different virus scans with nothing found. What could the problem and where would I look?

Restart. See if the system can update now. If no joy, run it again with the system connected to the internet, in the Aggressive mode. Restart. See if the system can update now.
