The error is as it is stated. What good were the responses to do a google search? Classic. I too, tried the same things as the original poster indicated in attempting a repair. Safe mode and repair results in the same error and looping reboot. No one could possibly tell you more information about what is occurring with lsass.exe because it won't boot. I have used this site in the past for helpful information, but this article has to contain the most worthless bits of advice I've seen on the web in quite some time. Did either of the replying posters think this wouldn't end up as a google search result and therefore provide absolutely no value?
