PFJ-

Under the Develop menu, you can choose a different "User Agent" that
should make Safari identify (spoof) itself as a different browser.

Safari was not able to open the web page of an organization I belong to,
even when using the different user agent. I complained, and the web
page creator made some simple change that enabled Safari browsing.

Yes they are. This is weird because Opera opens the site without
problems.
