I can't get my Windows XP SP3 PC to recognise my Canon SX120 IS camera via
USB. It does recognose other devices via the same USB port. The camera is
recognised by other Windows XP SP3 PC's using the same USB cable. Any ideas,
anybody?

Did any software come with the camera? If so, did you install it? If so, have
you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the software?

Have you contacted Canon tech support about the problem?

Do you have a software disk c/w with your camera? If not, search for
the necessary drivers.

Double-check your needs against site like these, download and use.
Good luck.
