From: zafe on 12 Jul 2010 20:44 ------------------------------------- I've been using Quicken for a while, but only recently tried to set up Bill Pay. Whenever I go to "Tools->Quicken Bill Pay->Set up Bill Pay", after it asks me for my login and password, I get an error message stating that the Quicken site is down, try later". At that same time, I can get to Bill Pay via my web browser any time I want. Not having the function available within Qucken itself takes away from things like it updating my register, etc. Support has had me try a whirlwind of things, none of which have worked. Today, after doing a backup on an external drive, I removed Quicken entirely, followed by the QUCleanUI tool they suggested, and rebooted. This gave me a clean machine, no reference to Quicken at all. I then downloaded Quicken Premier 2010 R10 (was using Deluxe 2010 R10), and prior to restoring my file I(in case there was some corrpution) I tried again. Still no joy. Anyone have any clue? The puzzling part is that I can access it via a web browser, but Quicken thinks the site is down. I have no blocking on my router, no AntiVirus, nothing that could impact this.
