Can use VSTO to reduce the size of a file?

From: LuisE on 7 Jun 2010 14:06 I have a really large spreadsheet that is saved in a sharepoint location but takes about five minutes to load. Would it make any difference if I recreate the file using VSTO? Thanks in advance
