From: Begoña on 12 Apr 2010 19:31 I've a paid subscription to a newspaper and have problems getting in and downloading subscription via .pdf. Before it just to work fine. I tried with Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer. It doesn't work in any of the computers at home. In the office with office computer it works but at home with office computer it doesn't work. Checked with Newspaper, Wireless router technical service and internet provider and everything is fine. When I disconnect my computer from the wireless router and connect it directly to the normal router it is the same, so I thought the problem would be from the internet provider but they say the connection is fine. I don't know what to do. I can get into the newspaper page but at the beginning of the page you can see the word publicity and about 5 rectangles with a red cross and the word "Click!" on them as if publicity had been blocked. When I see this I know everything is wrong. Next step is to go to the "Printed Edition" and sign in. There (it is a https page) I can download the edition in .pdf, but all I get everytime I try is "The page cannot be display, check your internet connection, etc.". I can also see through the VPDFVisor but it only goes as far as 16%. The .pdf download works in other webpages I've tried only this one seems to have the problem. I tried in another house with another computer and it works. The same as in the office with the office computer. Does anyone know what can be happening? I would appreciate if anyone could help. Thank you

From: Begoña on 12 Apr 2010 21:01 Thank you, but I didn't know exactly if it is a browser problem or a networking problem or what, that is why I decided to post in Windows XP general. Thanks again for the quick reply.
