From: SJMP on 18 Nov 2009 14:38 I am running office 2003. I installed the Visio viewer and compatibility pack (was not sure if it was 2007 or not). But I still cannot open the image. The weird thing is that after I installed the viewer then the diagram was recognized in Windows XP that it was a visio doc. Correct icon showed up next to it. But when I try to open it, it opens IE, then the warning window asks me to accept loading this, I accept and the screen is blank with an X in upper left hand corner. How can I fix/troublshoot this? Thanks, SJMP

From: SJMP on 19 Nov 2009 11:21 Does anyone have any information here? IE is trying to open the vsd as it should, I have installed 2003 and 2007 view to no avail. I tried the fix in KB 910349 but that did not work. The vsd file itself is fine. I just cannot open it on a Windows XP Office 2003 machine. Thanks, "SJMP" wrote: > I am running office 2003.
