http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/resetview.htm - use the second method if users create custom views as it will only reset the current view; use the first if they don't normally use custom views as it will remove all the custom views throughout the mailbox. If resetting the current view helps a little then stops, use cleanviews (first method) as it means some other view is corrupted and causing corruption. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM ** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version when requesting assistance ** "JD2" <JD2(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:17F87F82-8B49-4117-A4E4-D7EEB25CCE14(a)microsoft.com... > Hi Diane, > > Thank you for your prompt response.
