Hi Joy,

If you go to C:\WINDOWS\system 32\ and scroll down, you'll find an icon
labeled "clpbrd.exe". Right click on it and from the dropdown menu choose
"Create Shortcut". The shortcut icon will appear at the bottom of the list.
You can then move it to wherever you want.

You'll get a hell of a lot more "clipboard" functionality by using a
clipboard manager. ClipMate (payware) and ClipMagic (free) are probably
the best in their class.
