I paid attention for a while. Daniele is spot on.

That ShieldsUP! testy thing is occasionally useful, mind. It does do
what you expect, once you cut through the blatant nonsense it's
wrapped in.

H ehasn't been outed. That would suggest that he was a scaremongering
fuckwit in private, while presenting a facade of non-scaremongering
fuckwittery to the world.

In fact, he has always quite publicly been an alarmist and not to be
taken seriously.
