Cloud Security Approach in a Nutshell

Heh! It's a bloody big nut to crack. Personally I'd rather read a comic.

"Cloud is a big change in terms of the location where your code runs, but
its not going to be mysterious and difficult for IT Pros. Heres what
were thinking: Tackling cloud security can be overwhelming without an
approach. On the Microsoft patterns & practices team, we have an approach
that simplifies and improves security. It does so by chunking up security
in a way that helps us leverage proven practices, while sharing information
around emerging practices."

Good Lord. That last sentence proves that Microsoft has a schizophasic
PR specialist working for them. A true master of saying something
without saying anything.

Typical for that company though.

No ad, CD, commercial, cripple, demo, nag, share, spy, time-limited,
trial or web wares OR warez for me, please. Adobe Flash sucks, DivX rules.

Actually, I had a cursory look, and the technet stuff behind it looks
pretty sound, much of it is not new though.

I'd just be happy to deal with Microsoft over the telephone. I get si
upset with MS that I now use freeware and do not buy their
things...giving to them the same respect they give to me.
