You have to register with encoder and codechef as well. While solving
problems on codechef, you have to submit solutions with codechef_id of

That would be 12:30 AM to 8:30 AM PST, a bit of a handicap for us west
coasters. The link does not say if there is an entry fee. The link
does not say which language the problem is in.
