Purely on the grounds of researching this issue, I've studied several sites and I can honestly say that all the ones I've looked at are also only streaming flash videos. That's those that aren't just sites that aren't full of links pointing to various pay sites. And even those that are, but offer free videos to try and tempt you, are still streaming flash videos. So, if you've any suggestions as to which sites I might like to study in detail...
