Fry's Electronics has a good selection of chemical sprays. Don't know
about Freeze-Mist. The air from those dusting spray cans is pretty cold.

I had an annoying patch on the left side of my face... Irish skin and
too much driving in my youth. I showed my doctor, she called in a
dermatologist from down the hall, and he looked at it and said "I'll
be right back." He came back with a liquid nitrogen sprayer, said
"Don't move" and zapped it big time. Practically froze my head. So, my
first encounter with cancer: discovered, diagnosed, cured in about 8
minutes. Cost $5 total.

Turn them upside down and they become freeze spray.

Thanks! Can't that trigger cancer if you freeze off skin tags?
