If you load a folder with a lot of image files into it, the collage takes a while to generate. I've also tried mosaicing apps, such as PictureMedley http://www.photility.com/PictureMedley/default.html, Mosaizer Pro (now freeware/registerware) http://www.mosaizer.com/ and one of my favorites, Shape Collage - http://www.shapecollage.com/ Ron Moore
