This macro doesn't output confidence intervals for the competing risk
calculations so I tried to add the option to the macro. When I add
"risklimits" to the 2 proc phreg commands as options I get the
confidence interval for my covariate, but the calculation stops
prematurely and doesn't calculate the results for each event category.
i.e. It stops after examining the model with no censored observations.

any ideas on how to get the CI's for each event type and covariate?
