Hey Community,
I had posted a question not too long ago that I think might have been vague, so here I am trying again from more research.
I found a function:
[x,y,z] = lv2ecef(xl,yl,zl,phi0,lambda0,h0,ellipsoid)
That converts local vertical to geocentric (ECEF) coordinates. This function converts based on position. I was wondering if matlab has the same thing but for angles?

Any help would be appreciative.
