In any case, what you'll need to do is find a converter that will work against this document and use it to convert the document to something else, like MS Word format, from which you can then generate a PDF file. Inasmuch as this forum is intended to provide support for MS Access, the database program which is part of MS Office, you might want to re-post this question in a forum which supports your software, (e.g. MS Works).
