From: Richard on 11 May 2010 17:59 You can download a free PDF printer from the web (I use download.com or snapfiles.com). Then you simply send your document to print and select the PDF printer. From: Graham Mayor on 12 May 2010 00:14 There is no PDF function in Office 2003. You must use a third party PDF creation utility to provide this function. If you already have such a utility, you should be able to 'print' to the PDF driver. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> "Nancy" <Nancy(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:098502F0-D59D-444C-BF30-D20DBF156410(a)microsoft.com... >I am trying to convert a 2003 word document without scanning it.
