I'm using Outlook 2003 and win XP. Is there a way to export my Outlook
contacts to a personal address book? I'd like to copy the address book to a
laptop computer running Vista where I don't want to install Outlook.

You'll need to export it in CSV format and import it into the Windows
Address book on Vista (not the Personal Address Book).
