No estimates, actual measurements (Kill-A-Watt number is OK -- actual power output will be about 75-85% of reading). The vast majority of people have no problems with even junk PSUs because their computers don't draw anything close to the maximum rated capacity. Apparently the Coolermaster GX series is made by SevenTeam, which is OK but not great and not as good as Delta. Also some SevenTeams contain decent Samxon capacitors; others instead use pretty bad Su'scons.
