Normally a "billing cycle" ends on a specific day of the month and the "statement" is sent on a "business day" following the closing date of the billing cycle. You then have some specified number of days of grace from the "closing date" to the "due date". The statement date doesn't figure into it at all. Also for what it is worth you can frequently contact the card issuer and request a specific due date. |
