From: Jill Mortson Jill on 11 Apr 2010 15:26 When scrolling through a document, my 'Ctrl+arrow right' key jumps forward the entire word however recently my 'Ctrl+arrow left' key will NOT jump back the entire word. How can I correct this???????????

Something, maybe an add-in, has disabled the shortcut.
