Greetings

I am investigating the wiki option of WSS 3.0, and would like to know
how to implement hyperlinking to a custom protocol on the wiki
pages.

When editing a wiki page, and selecting the "hyperlink" button, I am
presented with a popup that enables me to enter the TEXT TO DISPLAY,
and the ADDRESS to follow.

I am provided with the following warning if I don't add a standard web
url
"hyperlinks must begin with http://, https://, check the address and
try again"

Could someone please list what is required to enable the addition of a
custom protocol to this list?
