In Powerpoint 2002, I'd like to have my default choice (when I choose Paste
special) be the Picture (Enhanced Metafile). Is there a way to do this
permanently for my version of PowerPoint 2002 ? (I don't want to have a
unique script for just one file)

A lot of people have asked for the ability to set a default paste like this;
unfortunately, it's not possible.
