And all of the Build Service repo's for 10.3 have been removed.
Even the community search engine (packages.opensuse-community.org)
now starts at 11.0 !!

I think packman still has 10.3 available, but since yesterday I,
myself, have switched to 11.1, because of the above problems.

We still _do_ have a local copy of the 10.3 oss/non-oss/update
repo's, though.
