I tried a lot of virtual printers (under Vista), and my choice is :
- CutePDF to easily make pdf files with a good rendering
- PDF Creator to print to other formats (in jpg for ex)
- PDFill PDF Tools to merge, split, reorder, rotate, crop, convert, etc etc
etc pdf files

sorry, I don't have Win7
