Fabrices cmVODBX is by far the best IMHO (for windows)

BRO if you still use Clipper (even better if you also have FlexFile3 to link

DBAdmin and DBMax are two equally good programs. They both have slightly
different features. DBMax is better for setting up relational links but
DBAdmin is better for SQL conversions and export processes.

Choose your poison. Either is good. Both are cheap.

In fact, get both!
