When I create a new reservation, the error "the specified address is not
available" occurs. The MAC doesn't exist in a reservation nor is it listed
on the leases. This is only happening on one DHCP scope. Any ideas?

Make sure the IP address you are trying to reserve is both in the scope, and
not already in use in DHCP, or statically.

Is this error referring to an IP conflict or a MAC conflict?
