Does anyone have any luck with drm2wmv and drmdbg?

I tried loading drmdbg whilst WMP10 is playing the wmv clip, followed by
drm2wmv -v file.mwv. The erro message I get is "Error - please check license
file".

Anyone knows what is wrong or how to resolve it?
