From: Jojo on 10 Apr 2007 00:14 Hi Neo, As I mentioned in the earlier thread, I also have the same problem with the 'Common Scenario Stress With IO' and 'Sleep Stress With IO'. It hangs my DTM client machine during the test. After waiting several hours, I have no choice but to reboot the PC manually. And of course, I'll get the same error as yours. I managed to solve this by doubling my DTM client machine's RAM from 512 to 1GB and switching from a Pentium 4 HT to a Pentium D machine. After that I'm able to complete the two stress tests. Btw, I'm running my DTM client on an x64 Vista Home Edition, that's why I need to have a processor the supports 64-bit architecture. What's your system specs? Maybe you want to consider increasing some of your PC resources. I'm not quite sure whether this is the most appropriate way of addressing this problem but it works for me. Just make sure that the PC meets the device or OS recommended system requirement. I've read at 'http://www.medical-health-care-information.com/Health- living/stress/index.asp' that Stress is defined by the dictionary as, "mental or physical tension or strain." The term "stress" often is used to describe the subjective feeling of pressure or tension. However, when scientists refer to stress, they mean the many objective physiological processes that are initiated in response to a stressor. The stress response is a complex process; the association between drinking and stress is more complicated still. I hope the above is of some help to you as well. Regards, Sherrybove
From: Neo on 13 Apr 2007 00:42 Hi Jojo, Sorry for the late response, here are my PC Details, Dell Machine with 2GB RAM, Intel Xeon 3.00 GHz Processor, with Windows Vista Ultimate x64. i'll see running with Home Edition and will let u know the status soon. Thanks, With Regards, Neo "Jojo" wrote: > Hi Neo, > > As I mentioned in the earlier thread, I also have the same problem with the > 'Common Scenario Stress With IO' and 'Sleep Stress With IO'. It looks to me that your problem is not on the system specs.
