What applications do they use? What is the nature of their connectivity? What percentage of the time do they spend surfing the web or doing email; what kinds of sites; how do they handle email and spam? What are their security vulnerabilities? How do they/you solve that? Are you their support person and if so how do you provide that support? Have they had any problems in the past with malware contamination? Have you? Is this new computer plan related in any way to the 'loss' of their current computer to malware, or what? -- Mike Easter
