From: Andy on 30 Mar 2010 04:46 I want to issue a task request to a number of people for every Mon-Fri at 4:30pm. Doing this by a calendar won't let me see who has completed the request, but I can't seem to specify a time via a task request and I want to issue one recurring request. Is there a way to do this? Thanks
From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 30 Mar 2010 22:35 Tasks are due at the end of the work day with reminders set earlier. I don't think you can set a reminder on a task you assign to others though. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "Andy" <Andy(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:45C3562D-5927-4FF2-9D66-69C49CE2730E(a)microsoft.com... > I want to issue a task request to a number of people for every Mon-Fri at > 4:30pm.
