You do realise the netflix ads are helping to pay to keep these sites online, right? If they are smarter than you then more power to them.

They must use some kind of rotating servers or something, because no sooner do you think you have them stopped one way than here they pop up again. Even adding the hosts file didn't stop them. Evil, yes, stupid ... no. |
