Hi all,
hope to post in the correct group.

I'm looking for a solution to replace our old Access data file with
SQLServer installation.

Now i need to satisfy the following requirement:
our collegues often need to access to the DB out of the office.
When they return office they need to resynch the global DB with their
modifications.
So i'm asking you if there is any tool to simplify this task or do we need
to write an application to achieve that.

Yes - as it sounds like the flow of data is bidirectional, you could use
merge replication for that, or peer-to-peer replication.
