There is a list of hardware that does not work at www.leenooks.com
and a list of hardware that does work at www.linuxcompatible.org

However, be careful of the linuxcompatible list, because it lists hardware
that may require proprietary drivers or binary swirmware in order to operate,
and it is not always clear whether the hardware works on open source Linux
based systems.
