When I want to set breakpoints, sometimes the red bullet next to the line number is shown. However, in some cases is does not work!

The line of code is executable (there is a black dash next to the line number). And even the breakpoint is activated, as the command dbstatus reports. However, I do not see the breakpoint bullet, which is quite annoying.

Moreover, I cannot deactivate the breakpoint by mouse-clicking. And, when the debugger stops at that line, the little green arrow indicating the current line is not shown either.

What is problem? And how is it fixed?
