It's just base64 encoded. So go out and buy a copy of PGP and then
decode it.

I already tried to decode string on few online base64 decoders, but for some
reason, it gives the same output, the same strings.
May be something is wrong, don't know, strange. Can someone just decode this
string and post decoded output?
