If you pay me $300 per day, I will begin the planning stages of a broad ranging recruitment effeort to bring in top experts to attempt to decode that. Their fees will be much higher than my cryptographic manager's fee. Estimated cost of the six month effort, one million dollars. If the results are very important to you, the fee would be subject to a 3 percent discount.

Tom -------------- I already tried to decode string on few online base64 decoders, but for some reason, it gives the same output, the same strings. May be something is wrong, don't know, strange. Can someone just decode this string and post decoded output? Thank you.
