How do I delete the "stored usernames and passwords" on computers in a domain
without having to visit each PC or give users instructions. Can I do it via
GPO or script? I would like to clear all stored usernames and passwords on
all users in a domain. I have found this KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306992/en-us on how to remove the "Remember
Password" check box but nothing on how to clear anything that has been stored
already. We have a Single Sign-on product that manages application
credentials and do not want users saving any locally.

Would it not save time to:
1. Duplicate the domain as DomNameX with no users
2. Notify all the old domain (DomName) users to use
the new one (DomNameX).
3. Erase the old domain (DomName.)

I do not know #4 (whether old users may register themselves
with passwords in DomNameX, or whether the domain
administrator must add current users and current passwords.)
