From: Mike Smith on 9 Nov 2009 10:09 My quick launch bar is normally 2 rows deep. I would like it to be 1 row deep. When I drag it to make it 1 row, it reduces to 0 rows so it is not visible. I have Windows XP Ver 5.1. I have attempted to download Service Pack 3 but I am unable to do this. Mike Smith
From: Unknown on 9 Nov 2009 10:27 How many items on your quick launch bar? If many, delete some and try again. I think the minimum increment of sizing you can apply to the taskbar is that of the icons. If the icons etc. are over 1 line high, then the bar adjusts by two lines at a time, etc.. SP3 can be purchased on a CD from microsoft for a nominal charge if you can't get it to download. However, SP3 has nothing to do with your question - I hope you've kept up with all the SP2 updates/fixes. Why won't it download for you? What happens? Where are you trying to download it from? Only trust MS for SP3, plus read the SP3 requirements before installing it: they are important. HTH, Twayne`
