As the OP, I'd just like to assert that I'll be adding the test in my
CGI scripts, which generate all of the affected pages. I chose this
newsgroup because this is the best place to find people who know about
browser detection. I wouldn't trust my Javascript much beyond putting
the focus in the first field of my forms.
