My logs are filling up with:
Jun 10 15:16:14 dovidhalevi dhclient: send_packet: Operation not permitted

I did not what is doing this, started happening after recent update of Sid but
I did not notice exactly when. Network is being accessed by a static-IP'd
router. I should not need any of this.

Any ideas?

Not sure what you mean by "a static IP'd router". Do you mean that
your system has a static IP address? If so, you need to figure out
what's invoking dhclient. What happens if you try to actually
uninstall it from your system? Does anything depend on it?
