From: Phil T on 13 Feb 2005 20:47 I have a unique problem, that no one seems to have an answer to. I just upgraded my motherboard, and reformatted my whole system. Everything else works just peachy, but when Windows prompts me to install the drivers for my Digi 001 PCI card, the computer locks up at 100% installation of dalwdm.sys. I think it is a core Windows conflict becuase when I boot up into Safe mode, and install it, it works with no problem. But when I boot into regular Windows mode, after I just installed it in safe mode, it locks up at the boot screen. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated. My version of Windows XP is Pro SP2. (SP2 shouldn't be the problem becuase it worked fine before w/ it.) Here is a link for more info on the Digi 001 from Digidesign (its for music producing). Note, there is no direct info on the PCI card inteface itself, so this is for the whole package. http://www.digidesign.com/products/digi001/ Thanks again, Phil Traversa
