Downloaded a video, all 800mb, but only get about 19 secs of play, then
it tries to redirect to a website.

I've used a *nix package ffmpeg to convert to various formats, but still
the same video amount.

I'm trying to work out if there is real content there or just a padded
file. Cluebies?

This is the info on the input file if it makes sense to someone.

Depends where you got it from
I suspect it's a bad one as there is a tenancy to pad and redirect on
some files

LOL, look at the length, it says 19.5 seconds.
That's what happens when you try to download illegal material, just move on
and try again or get legal.
