After removing ISA form a SBS2003 box user's IE settings are still
configured to use proxy. Can I use some GPO to force clearing the "use
proxy... " checkbox for all users?

I know where the setting are in the GPO. It's quite obvious how to
force the use of proxy. I'm just not clear about the opposite. Do you
just leave the tick box unchecked and then force the policy? Thanks
