From: Madwen on 15 Apr 2010 23:48 I disabled Little Snitch 2.2.2 this AM and haven't had a Safari freeze or monitor resolution problems since. 10.6.3 is running much better now but I hope there's an update coming for Little Snitch.

I'm running Little Snitch 2.2.2 and Snow Leopard 10.6.3, and haven't noticed any unsual behaviour from Safari or regarding monitor resolution. There could be something else specific to your computer which is causing whatver problem you encountered. Little Snitch may be a factor but it isn't the direct cause. -- David Empson dempson(a)actrix.gen.nz

Little snitch did not cause any problems here either with 10.5.8 nor 10.6.3. May be, you should completely uninstall it and check, what happens after a reinstall.

My Mac is generally reliable, but I notice things crashing, or freezing, soon after installing Little Snitch. This has been happening for a long time for me, across many different OS versions. As soon as I remove it, the problems cease. I also understand that LS is unlikely to be the root cause, but it seems to be the key cause. -- Andy Hewitt <http://web.me.com/andrewhewitt1/>
